This template consists of a number
of tables and cells which must remain their original size in order for
it to align properly.
The graphic above logoblank.jpg can
be used to create your logo. To the left, buttons are numbered but1.jpg,
but2.jpg, and but3etc.jpg. The first two buttons can be customized as needed,
and the third be duplicated to create all extra buttons you may need.
